These are things like white bread, pasta, and white rice. This is food that gets digested extremely quickly causing your blood sugar level to spike and depositing a ton of calories to be stored on your body as fat.

Lean meats, fruits, and vegetables are your best friends if you are trying to lose weight quickly. To supercharge these efforts, here is one little trick that many people have never heard about.

When you go to sleep and all of the food in your body gets digested, your metabolism will slow down. When you wake up and get moving again your metabolism will slowly boot back up throughout the day. By drinking a small amount of casein protein before you go to sleep, which is a very slow digesting protein, you will keep your metabolism running at a higher level both day and night. Where can you get this casein protein? Just drink a small glass of milk!

This increased boost in your metabolism makes losing weight far more easy because your body stays perpetually in a fat burning mode.
